1st of all, *high five to my new instructor (stap). alamak, terkene mke la plak.
its been so long x kene sunburn mcm tu. mixed with kaki yg injured sparring last night.
melecet + sunburn + kaki injured = (like x5000)
and its really PERFECT starting for the training.
and from now onward, i will not join them march from college to HQ!
da ade motor kan, ride jela. xyah nk march sgt la kan except for PT pagi. :)
bak kata naim "kite jgn kufur nikmat".
